The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout this Agreement:

1.1 Platform

"cix6s" or "Platform" refers to the cix6s website, all its subdomains, mobile versions, and all services associated with it.

1.2 User

"User", "Player" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on cix6s or is browsing the website.

1.3 Account

"Account" refers to a user's registered profile, through which they can access cix6s services.

1.4 Services

"Services" refers to all online gaming facilities provided by cix6s, including live casino, slot games, sports betting, and all related activities.

1.5 Deposits and Withdrawals

"Deposit" refers to the process of adding funds to a user's account, and "Withdrawal" refers to the process of taking back winnings or deposited funds from the account.

2.1 Age Requirement

To use cix6s services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing games. cix6s reserves the right to verify age at any time and may suspend an account in cases of suspicion.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration. If false or incorrect information is provided, the account will be cancelled and any deposited funds will not be returned.

2.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your cix6s account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or allowing a third party to use your account login details is a violation of these terms.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

cix6s reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide required documents and information. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.2 Password Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password secure. Use a strong password and change it regularly. If your password is lost or stolen, contact cix6s support immediately.

3.3 Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately. cix6s will not be held responsible for any unauthorised transactions if you fail to notify us in a timely manner.

4.1 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on cix6s:

• bKash — the country's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — the postal department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
• Upay — a fast and easy mobile payment service

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if identity verification or other security checks are in progress.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Users cannot transact in any other currency.

4.5 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails for any reason, the relevant funds will automatically be returned to the source account. If funds get stuck, contact cix6s support immediately.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cix6s offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Each player may benefit from each bonus offer only once.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• cix6s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, cix6s may investigate the account.

5.4 VIP Program

The cix6s VIP program has five tiers. Players move up to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond: weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP benefits are credited as bonuses and applicable wagering requirements must be met. cix6s reserves the right to change VIP program benefits at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

cix6s believes in fair play. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and market. Please read the rules of the relevant game carefully before playing.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, cix6s reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount. Incorrect amounts displayed as a result of a software error will not be considered valid.

6.4 Sports Betting

Please read the applicable rules before placing bets in sports markets. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the relevant betting rules will apply. cix6s's decision on results is final.

6.5 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are operated in real time. If a disconnection occurs, the game will be completed from the state at which it was left. In such cases, cix6s's server records are the final evidence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cix6s. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and, where applicable, legal action may be taken:

• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.
• Using bonus schemes to gain unfair advantages.
• Opening multiple accounts to misuse bonus funds.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.

8.2 Technical Abuse

• Playing games using software bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Exploiting site vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage and failing to report them.
• Attempting unauthorized access to cix6s's systems.
• Hiding your location using a VPN or proxy.

8.3 Money Laundering

cix6s is fully opposed to money laundering and does not facilitate any such activity. If suspicious financial activity is detected, cix6s reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities.

8.4 Other Prohibited Conduct

• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Behaving abusively toward cix6s staff.
• Publishing any comments that damage the reputation of the platform.
• Attempting to collect personal information of other users.

9.1 Ownership

All content on the cix6s website — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other elements — is the exclusive property of cix6s. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License to Use

cix6s grants you a limited license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license may not be transferred to anyone else.

9.3 Prohibited Use

10.1 Service Guarantee

10.4 Indirect Damages

11.1 Reasons for Account Closure

cix6s may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or deception.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• In cases of financial crime or suspicious transactions.
• If the user themselves voluntarily requests account closure.

11.2 Actions Following Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. However, if the account is closed at cix6s's own discretion or at the user's request, any valid balance will be returned.

11.3 Changes to Service

cix6s reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any part of its service at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible.

12.1 Filing a Complaint

If you have a complaint regarding cix6s's services, please contact our support team first. If you submit a complaint via live chat or email, we will try to resolve it promptly.

12.2 Resolution Process

Upon receiving a complaint, cix6s will review all relevant information. During the investigation, both parties may be asked to provide necessary information and evidence. Once the investigation is complete, cix6s will issue a final decision.

12.3 Final Decision

For game outcomes and technical matters, cix6s's server logs and records will be considered the definitive evidence. The decision issued by cix6s following an investigation is final and binding.
